The policy of BetterDoseRx is to report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or death due to maltreatment of any patient receiving our services. Any of those abuses will be reported within 5 business days to the Compliance Officer, who will in turn report that incident to every local and state agency responsible for receiving and addressing such concerns. All company personnel will receive ongoing education regarding the aforementioned mishandlings, and will adhere to the pledges listed below.

Training, Education and Resolution
BetterDoseRx considers, discusses and resolves conflicts and ethical issues with patients, caregivers, staff, physicians and referral sources. Our staff is trained and educated, upon hire and annually, how to identify and address any conflict or ethical issue that arises.
