BetterDoseRx services all patients who present a valid physician’s prescription via eScribe, fax, telephone or in person. We do not discriminate regarding age, race, nationality, creed, sex, sexual orientation, diagnosis, infectious disease or disability, and are dedicated to considering and respecting your cultural background and religious beliefs. If, for any reason, we cannot fill your prescription, we will refer you to a pharmacy that can.
At the time of enrollment, you will receive the following list of documents, and may also be required to sign Intake Forms regarding Proof of Delivery, Assignment of Benefits, Financial Liability, and Other Authorized Individuals (POA).

BetterDoseRx has the ability to communicate with you, or your designated point of contact, by phone, fax, email, mail, in person, or through our TCC service for the hearing impaired, and will immediately contact 911 if any patient shows signs of distress, or indicates they’re in need of emergency services.
And, while we prefer a lifelong relationship with our patients, we understand there may be times, or situations, that require you to utilize a different provider. If so, we are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition by transferring any refills remaining to the pharmacy of your choice.
